All students will be required to register with Outreach Learning prior to joining a study programme with us. The registration programme includes completing an enrolment form and having your child assessed. Registration is completely free and takes approximately 90 minutes. We will talk to you to ascertain what you hope to achieve and the time frame in which you would like to achieve it.
Students will only be enrolled in Outreach Learning once they have been assessed and a level of competence established. The student will then be assigned a tutor and suitable study programme.
All fees are payable at the start of the month and will be charged pro-rata dependent upon in which point in the month you have enrolled. We have a clear and concise three tier tariff structure, dependent upon how long students wish to commit for.
The student or student’s parent/guardian must notify Outreach Learning at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson if the student is not able to attend, due to an illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being charged. In the instance that Outreach Learning receives a 24 hour notice of absence; the student’s lesson will be rescheduled.
No refunds are applicable once students have in principal enrolled on a specific tariff. If you or your child are dissatisfied with our services and for example wish to terminate a two or three month contract, then a one off cancellation fee of £50 is applicable and you may not be allowed to enrol with a discounted rate in future.
Any disruptive students will not be tolerated. We at Outreach Learning reserve the right to expel disruptive students and no refunds will be issued. Disruptive students will be issued with a £50 fine and will not be allowed to re-join Outreach Learning.
We do not tolerate lateness. It is your responsibility for reaching Outreach Learning on time. You will not be compensated nor any kind of adjustment made if you are late. Please make sure you are your child arrives at least five minutes prior to the lesson commencing.
All students are responsible for their own stationary. This is inclusive of, but not limited to; writing paper, a pen, a pencil, a ruler, a sharpener, an eraser and a scientific calculator.
Any learning materials provided by us will be charged at cost price. Learning materials are mainly inclusive of, but not limited to; workbooks and textbooks.
Students are liable for any damage they cause to our premises. Any damage caused will be assessed by a professional and invoice sent to your address. Payment for any damage caused must be made with 14 days of receipt of invoice.
Food & Drink
Children will not be allowed to consume fizzy drinks or hot food on our premises. Cold snacks, sandwiches, and the consumption of water are acceptable, but only in break time. Water maybe consumed during lesson.
Outreach Learning reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions; however we will notify you (the client) in writing of any such changes at least 30 days in advance. No variation of these terms and conditionsshall be valid unless approved in writing by a director of Outreach Learning.
Acceptance of services will be taken to represent agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
